Turning Mental Health on its Head!
The value of strenuous excercise for persons suffering from a mental illness cannot be overstated.
Sufferers and particularly sufferers of depression consistently report an alleviation of their symptoms due to having a good physical exercise session. The relaxation levels achieved after a good workout are greatly increased if only for a short period of time.
So please try and incorporate two or three exercise session per week, of 20 minutes at least to get the most benefit and improved mental health.
