Rob's Walking Group

Turning Mental Health on its Head!

Join Rob for an interesting chat and a social walk. Rob takes the walking group twice each week for those interested. The objective is to get a little exercise while getting to know other members a little better. There is nothing quite like a brisk walk with good company to help cheer one up.

So feel free to come along and join Rob and other members on the road (pardon the pun) to improved mental health. A number of members also bring dogs on the walk with them, you are welcome to do so if you have a pet pooch in need of a little exercise!  

On Monday Mornings, Rob takes the advanced walking group for a cruisy 3 - 4 km walk. If this seems a little far for starters then join in with the Wednesday walking group - which is a lot shorter.

On Wednesday Mornings, Rob and the group take a very leisurely walk around the Geelong CBD. This is a very social walk and always finishes with a coffee at a local cafe. The venue is usually determined on the day by whoever is on the walk.
